Strategy: In-Store Pick-Pack App Prototype

With the transition to in-store fulfillment, we needed to optimize the order picking process. Initially, staff used printouts to locate items, but as order volume grew, we saw an opportunity to improve efficiency through an app.

My impact: Explained vision and brought stakeholders together in workshops and store visits to test prototype.

Learnings: Involving stakeholders early in the design process through workshops and store visits was crucial for designing a solution that addressed real operational needs. Validated that app was necessary to provide mobile-only features like push notifications for 1.5 hour pickup service and short pick alerts to the ops team.
