When a company does a software rewrite I’m always interested in the reasons behind it and what they hit and missed. Unfortunately my experience with the new Sonos, Inc. app is mainly miss however things did perform better when I added another mesh router to my network. Was under the impression the speakers would make their own network.

Sonos had a very elaborate beta testing site where they knew everything about all my gear. Was this used to test the new app? Maybe I just wasn’t included in the beta test audience.
