Keeping Up with Ollama Model Releases

Simon Willison comes through again with using a script to monitor the Ollama models page that generates an Atom feed, which you can put in your RSS reader to monitor when a new model is released. I’ve put it in my Reader to monitor for the local models.

Benedict Evans Articulates clearly the deep research problem

Deep Research is the new feature that has been added to all the AI company LLM models. Many charging a lot for this capability. Benedict goes through a sample report generated by OpenAI on their website and in a thoughtful way rips it to shreds.
