My impact: Coordinated 34 people in 7 different work streams to estimate and execute and test functional and non-functional requirements for successful cutover.
Learnings: Production environment often presents unique challenges not seen in lower environments, underscoring the importance of meticulous planning and high standards for the definition of done and handovers.
